There is a $20.00/night charge for a third person in a room. Only rooms with multiple beds can accommodate a third person.

Deposits
One half the total amount due, or full payment for a one night stay, is required to guarantee your reservation. The deposit, which will be credited to the end of your stay, must be received within ten days of making a reservation.

Cancellations & Refunds

All refunds are subject to a $20.00 cancellation charge per room. Deposits (less cancellation fee) are refundable only if we receive notice of cancellation 15 days or more prior to arrival date. Cancellations received two weeks or less in advance of arrival date are only refundable (less cancellation fee) if we are able to resell the room for the length of the reservation.
