* All room rates are based on double occupancy. Single rates are $10 dollars less per night. There is a $20 charge/night for a third person in a room. Only rooms with multiple beds can accommodate a third person. Included in the room rate is a full, hot breakfast on weekends & holidays, and an expanded continental breakfast on weekdays (non-holiday). Summer weekends and holiday weekends require a two night minimum stay.
